Nice resort

water theme park, private hot spring tub in resort room and spacious room
My kids enjoyed the water theme park which is just located next to the resort. Not much ppl during weekdays. Nice hot spring bath in room and the room was very spacious with 2 big beds. There was a bus stop just outside the resort which make our travel outside easier. Recommend for kids for great fun at the theme during summer.

Good Place for relax in hotspring

Hotspring, bedroom, staff very helpful
My stay in the hotel is good just that will require a 10 mins walk from the main gate to the hotel. Staff are very helpful, bedroom is spacious and comfortable. The only bad issue is the water boiler in the room is not functioning. Location is reachable by bus and car.

Right next to the Formosa Fun Coast theme park

It comes with complementary access to the Formosa Fun Coast theme park for all days during your period of stay. It has sufficient parking spaces. And the room is big which is good for families.
I would recommend this hotel to families that would like to play in the Formosa Fun Coast water park. Otherwise this hotel might be a bit far for other visitors who would like to visit other areas nearby the city center. In my case, it was our plan to spend an afternoon in this theme park. The check-in time was 3 pm but the closing time of the park is 5 pm. So we had to keep our luggage at the check-in counter and check in afterward. We were allowed to get change into swimsuit in the spacious washroom on the lobby floor. Otherwise we would needed to do it in the crowded changing room inside the park. The stay came with complementary WiFi access as well as breakfast. In overall, my stay was pleasant.

Nice pool if it's opened

Not location for sure
Would have been nice to know the adjacent water park is closed in April. The pics of the pools/water slides shown on agoda were a bit misrepresented. At least the hotel should indicated the adjacent water park isn't opened till the summer time. Stayed for one night only. Don't believe the hotel was fully booked at all. Perhaps it was a weekday. A friend of mine dropped us off at the hotel before 10am. Couldn't get the room earlier. Rooms were spacious and the room came with an in-room Japanese style tub with the supply of hot spring water. The dinner buffet was affordable at 299 TWD per adult. One choice of meat - the preserved Taiwanese style pork. Shouldn't have expected too much for 299TWD. The breakfast didn't come with scrambled eggs as promised due to a misbehaved stove. The hotel is accessible by R18 and R22 buses. Bring your own cars. The hotel assisted us in arranging a taxi to Taoyuan airport early in the AM for 800TWD. I am sure the cost would be a lot less by the meter since it's only about 30km to the airport. Didn't have the luxury to travel back to Taipei for airport buses. Despite the drawbacks, staff were very helpful and cheerful. The hotsprings/pools were nice. Bring your own swimming caps. They seem to be mandatory across Taiwan.

Good spa Hotel but not worth the price

Spa, Hot Spring
Location - It is a must to take a taxi in as it is located quite far from the main road. Breakfast - Lousy breakfast, not much variety maybe due to the low occupancy. Hot Spring - Excellent. The Hotel even has a Hot Spring tub in the room for guest to enjoy after 10pm (Public hot spring close at 10pm). Rooms - The rooms was very clean and comfortable. But we are very upset with Agoda website information that says Double room is for 2 pax only, but when we check in we realise that the room can easily fit 4pax. The room comes with 2 queen/ king size bed with a dining table/ sofa area. We are so upset that why do we have to booked 2 rooms whereby we can just stay in the room? It is not about the money that we have paid, but can you imagine me and my husband sleep on a queen size bed and the other bed is empty? It is just a wasteful. I made my complain to the front desk and they reply that we should book a Double room and inform the Hotel that there will be 4 pax staying. If I were to do that, then I don't see how convenient Agoda is.

Relaxing resort

open hot spring, comfortable room with hot spring inside
A quiet space with wonderful hotspring. Hotel staff are friendly. Massage is very good though expensive. Worth trying after hot spring for a perfect rest in resort.
