Good B&B

location, price
Simple bed and breakfast. The room looked a little old, but the bathroom looks recently renovated. The bed is a little old as well, there is a slight dip in the middle. It is located near the Victoria Coach station and the Victoria tube station, it will take you about 7 minutes walk to the coach station and another 5 minutes to the station. Breakfast is better than expected.

Not much going for it

Better than a cardboard box
Where to start: 5 minutes outside the hotel pressing the entry phone before anyone let me in. Receptionist looked unenthusiastic and bored. I was given a key and remote control for my tv, No offer of help to carry my bag to the 3rd floor and no lift. Got into my room thought it looked more tired than I was. For Wi Fi there as a sign saying ask at reception for the code... went downstairs got the code and returned to my room. Read the noticeboard it said if you wanted a cup of tea you need to ask at reception for tea making facilities... bit late telling me now. Went out for something to eat and was glad to get out. Returned later and trudged up the stairs. Forgot to get the tea but hey ho I had a bottle of water. Went for a shower... tiles cracked on floor, no shampoo just a tiny bar of soap and old shower door wouldn't stay closed, quite a challenge. The towels worked ok though Sash windows didnt close properly. Found a fan in the cupboard but didnt need it because the windows provided lots of ventilation. Room was not very big and in need of serious re-decoration. stairs creaked and fire goor outside my room squeeked. Good luck if you go there... better than nothing......or is it. Given the choice I will would travel lto a better hotel further out for less money.

Good location and nice rooms

Nice rooms, Nice location
I stayed here alone and on one of my trips to London on a personal trip. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The location was also near the tube and bus stations. It was very convenient to move around London.

Terrible hotel with poor service

The tv was okay.
The prices are horrific compared to this terribly small and dirty hotel. The rooms were very small and had stains on the walls. The check-in was very inhospitable, and you felt as though you were an inconvenince in their day. The location is FAR away from everything - and it certainly does NOT match the description online. The breakfast was furthermore not very good.

Great location

Near to the Victoria Station
We are nt going to stay at this hotel again. We were given room at the top floor and have to carry our heavy luggage without helps. The Staf at the reception was very calculative and hard to deal with.

Hotel was fine, excellent cooked breakfast.

Breakfast, Full English
The problem was that our Voucher was no good. The hotel did not have any rooms available. We had flown in from California so it was very upsetting but the receptionist was very helpful and found a room up in the attic for us.
