Another great stay!

Service, location, internet
I've stayed at this hotel a lot of times, and they are just as good as before. The internet was the best ever, I think it really depends on what room you stay in. I need really good internet for my SlingBox and VOIP, most hotels can't provide, even the 5 star hotels. This is the main reason along with great service I always come back. It's also walking distance to Century Mall and and a short taxi or walk if you really are not in a hurry to Rockwell. I will continue to use this hotel for my upcoming trips.

Poor Internet at the hotel

Hello My dissatisfaction at hotel is the poor and weak internet signal communication. The internet capability is so poor I had no ability to conduct any business communications from my room. The internet signal is : Weak , slow and not capable of handling any data. I had to use my laptop for business and had no ability and conduct any communication on line. I simply had to go other locations in Manila that was up to date with a proper internet system. I stay at many hotels around the world and know how this should be work. I will not stay at this hotel again if I have business related activities due to your poor communication system.

Do not get Superior

location, Cleanliness, Gym
Everything was good, due to company budget I could not get to stay deluxe, so I ended up with Superior room. Which I have to say, everything about the room was fine, though a little small, the only bad thing about it was the bed. The bed was not good, only 2 thin pillows. But the breakfast was nice, with a self help noodle station, wide variety of choices.

1st stay was not a very pleasant one

Helpful staffs, efficient check-in and out, conveniently located
Very basic accommodation, room was very small, have to wait for seats during breakfast, the noises from the roads can be clearly heard in the room and noises outside the room can also be heard clearly inside the room. There is no room slippers provided and stuffs that could easily be provided by any 4 stars hotel

Aircon was broken.
Aircon was so bad. The technician came once to fix, cold for a while, hot then. Second technician came and fixed it. But I requested to be transferred to another room. No toothbrush and toothpaste provided. Not recommended.
