Toilet/shower cubicle

Location, location, location
Being allocated a room where the shower head is practically located over the toilet will not wash!! Excuse the pun. Thankfully I did not stay the night but will be avoiding this hotel in the future for failing to specify the strange arrangement.

Poor facility and cleaness

Good location, quite near the Earl station
Poor facility : ~hair dryer is not working, ~bathroom is flooding just because the shower curtain is not long enough to prevent the water split out to the bedroom, ~blanket leave with former resident hair Room is small, not suggest for tourist carrying large and big size luggage. There is luggage storage services ater check out but the charge is £5 per piece. Wifi is chargable not free.

Horrible experience in London

The location was somewhat near to the Earl's Court station (which is easily accessible for those with heavy luggages or with wheelchairs), only about 7 mins to the tube station.
I was initially given the 2nd level room, but I requested to change into the ground level room after finding out that there is NO lift in the hotel and it was not possible for me to bring my heavy luggage up. The staff however gave me the basement level room, and assured me that he will help me with my luggage up on the date of my departure, and so I had to drag the luggage down myself. One day prior to my departure, the staff went on leave and the manager actually took over the receptionist. He said that he was unable to help me with the luggage even though his staff made the promise. It was a frustrating experience to have on a Christmas day, and he wasn't being helpful and no alternatives were provided. All he said was "we'll see tomorrow". And even though the manager did help with the luggage on the next day, he was impatient and treated the luggage roughly while bringing it up the stairs. The hotel offers wifi, but you have to pay for it (the first time I heard that guests have to pay for the wifi in the hotel actually). Blankets are really thin and useless in the winter (even with the portable heater), with weird stains on them. The walls also had dirty stains as well. Toilet was small, but i guess it would be okay and its quite clean. Oh and you have to pay 5GBP to keep your luggage with the hotel after check-in. Overall, this is not the image or standard I would expect of a hotel.

Its close to underground subway. A lot of restaurant close by. Close to airport.
Its ok for London hotel prices. The staff are nice enough. We feel safe going back to our hotel at night.
