Good location
The place itself located right on zhongsanbalu area. If you are doing business in that area this hotel us perfect. But the bed is quiet hard to get use to.

Disappointed w the staff's attitude
My boyfriend come to visit me n I just help him to check in first cause his flight in late afternoon. The staff in front desk was very let me angry. Honestly, from the staff clothing I cannot believe this is a star hotel. That was very mess for that staff clothing. N then I ask for one more room key card they just tell me cannot. Ur booking is single bed only. N then I explained I won't be staying here I just wanna come to visit my bf be more convince cause they need to use room key card for lift n corridor door. But that man keep on reject me till the other women staff come out I think which is manager said once ur bf come to register can give me one more. Then later I took my bf to the front desk to register the staff just tell me the same thing what the man took me that morning. N I say the same thing for the long time the other women come out I think also the manager just say give her lah.. I really cannot understand is it they never communicated? N also when I book this room their mention that maximum two people then why I cannot get two room key cards? The front desk staff very let me disappointed of their attitude n working style. But the concierge was very nice n the housekeeping was worked not bad

Near MRT, Convenience, Hotel area - good food!
I do not hv much comment as I only comes back at night to sleep. Actually is near to MRT which "Chan Kar Zhi" you can link to everywhere. What I can say is very convenience for me as I need to take MRT for Business. However, everyday their breakfast is the same and the cook there are rude. Other than that is a OK stay.

One of the worst hotel I had been
One of the worst hotel I had stay . Hotel toilet is tiny n flood up when shower . So whole toilet is always wet . Aircon fans speed low not cooling n put on high sounds like generator . TV programs limited and not according to the TV menu .
