All guest names must be provided at the time of booking, or they will not be allowed to board the cruise. The guest names used during booking has to match the guest name on the passports provided during check-in. Once booking is made, the special check-in instruction document will contain more information.
Guests who require a visa for Hong Kong must make sure they have a valid re-entry Hong Kong visa, or they will not be allowed to board the cruise. All passports must have a validity of at least 6 months from date of sailing. No refund will be given to passengers denied boarding for non-compliance of immigration requirements.
Your travel documents will be collected before boarding the vessel and will be kept under the custody of Star Cruises on board the vessel for the duration of the cruise. The travel documents will be returned to you by Star Cruises on-board the vessel, after Immigration Arrival Clearance for all passengers have been completed.
Passage for pregnant woman will only be permitted before her 24th week of pregnancy and infants will only be permitted if they are more than 6 months old at time of sailing for safety reasons.
Check-in / embarking times are strictly as follows (berthing times may change subject to the availability of berths, notice of time change will be given at least 1 week prior to departure):
Monday - Thursday : 18:00 - 19:30
Check-out / disembarking times are strictly as follows:
Monday – Thursday : 0800-0900
Passengers have to present the confirmation voucher and valid travel documents to collect boarding passes at the check-in counter.
All fares do not include a $400 HKD passenger handling charge & fuel surcharge (subject to change). On-board incidental charges (if any) are fully borne by passengers.
