one night was enough
large bathroom, ok location, friendly staff
musty-smelling hotel/rooms, rundown. would rate 2 stars.

Hotel positioned itself as a business hotel. The rooms were spacious and the WiFi was stable. Slightly obscure location but this should not pose an issue since there is nothing much in Danang. Breakfast was par, nothing fanciful. Hotel was quiet as it seemed there was low occupancy - we did not see any other guests around.

close to Han bridge and local market
The hotel is ok though it is small and not very clean.

Good Hotel, Bad Breakfast!
Lovely room, Short walk to river front,
We stayed here a couple of nights, mainly to visit the Cham Museum (worth the visit) and nearby Marble Mountains (also a great day - stunning views and caves). The hotel itself was nice, clean and our room was also large and comfortable. The river front was a 5-10 min walk away.
The breakfast was not so good with undercooked eggs but the local dishes were ok. We had to pick from a menu as it wasn't busy enough to put a buffet on. There isn't much in close proximity to the hotel eatery wise and there isn't much in Da Nang for tourists in general.
Visit the Cham Museum, 30 minutes walk following the river down the lovely promenade.

Great value for money!
Good location, great staff.
I am really happy I found that hotel for a one night stop-over in Danang before flying to the highlands.
My room was big, the bath had a huge bathtub, internet was perfect, everything was very clean and the staff was spirited, helpful and smiling (with limited English, but not a problem at all).
Probably the best value for money deal of all the hotels I have been to during the last 6 weeks of my trip to Vietnam (and there were many hotels!)...

Not bad but not superior.
Only stayed one night on our way to Hue, so having a good bathroom and bed was all that mattered. Breakfast overlooking Danang from the top floor might well have been the highlight of staying in this hotel.

comfortable rooms, nice decor
comfortable bed and good sized rooms
This was a good comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay for a night or two. Simple, clean and well located. The staff do not have much English and the street is not in the tourist section of town, so when you go for dinner you need to get a taxi - there is not much within walking distance.
the Lonely Planet guide got it right when it comes to the restaurants in Da Nang. Great food. Read the guide.

Good rooms but lousy location
the hotel itself is pretty ok. room is clean. we stayed 3d/2n on a friday night and saturday night. they did not "make up" room on saturday and i went to enquire at front desk why the room still has not been cleaned, etc. front desk lady told me on saturday got "no service". sort of disappointed as we ran out of mineral water in the fridge, toilet paper and do not have new towels.
front desk ladies hardly spoke any english. only a person by the name of kim anh speaks english and she helped us to arrange a tour of hoi an and airport transfer on the way into danang.
hotel location is not good. there is nothing interesting within walking distance of the hotel. most of the time, there is a need to take a taxi to go somewhere.
it's better off to stay somewhere else that is close to restaurants, beach, etc.
