poor location and staff scalp you

rooms were ok for price
This place was difficult to find and even taxi drivers had difficulty Its located in Dark street and while the room was ok the staff seem to try and make money from the patrons. had the experience of request for 5 x the taxi price when i was running late for bus. When you organise a bus trip with them they bump up the price to pocket some quick cash

at least the aircon worked
Hotel was very difficult to find, up a dirt track which not even local tuk tuk drivers knew existed. Upon arrival we were told the hotel was overbooked and there was no room for us. After some complaint we were told that they would clean some rooms and they would be ready in a few hours, not ideal after a 5 hour drive. Family members preceded to move out of the rooms which we had booked to make way for us. Rooms were not made up daily. Requests had to be made (to some complaint) for soap and toilet paper. We were ripped off on laundry services (doubling the quoted price, which was already double the price of elsewhere) and the only tuk tuk driver who knew the place (friend of the owner) made a fortune demanding more and more money for the rides, as the hotel was so out of the way and no one knew its location we had no choice but to use him for transport to get to anywhere. Considering the hotel is priced at the same rate as some of the beautiful beach front hotels we felt very hard done by. Avoid like the plague.

nothing good about this hotel.
our stay was horrible, i do NOT recommend anyone staying here. located down a dark pot holed sandy long alley way, its main entrance was a massive steel security gate and nobody was there to let us in, and if you gout and come back there's a high chance it will be locked again with nobody there to let you in which happened to us. the area is not safe at all. We booked a 'duluxe bungalow' which was not what we got, we just got a normal room. also the fridge and bath were very grimy. At around 2 in the morning both of the staff members, two males, tried to get into our bungalow scaring me to death so i could not get back to sleep, when i questioned the staff member in the morning as to what he was doing he just pulled a face a did not answer. Over all it was false advertising and for what we paid it was not worth the money and i did not feel safe.

A hidden gem!

Great Bathroom, overall nice deco
A bit difficult to find but once you are there it is really worth staying at this place. You should know it is a bit far from the beaches but transports are easily available.

modern and clean hotel, but far from everything

amazing bathroom and shower with hot water, clean rooms, a working tv and air conditioner, breakfast that we could eat right outside our room
This hotel is pleasant, but the location is not. It's located across from a stinky sewer lake, off a dirt road with huge puddles, far from the beach (you have to ride a bicycle to get there) and especially inconvenient for coming back to the hotel at night. There is no restaurant at this small hotel and it's far from everything - you can't just step out into the street and buy something to eat. The staff seemed sort of incompetent, was not very good at helping me book a hotel on Koh Rong island. On the positive side, I did get a good night sleep and found myself pleasantly relaxed inside my room. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean and the shower was amazing. The location is not really a big deal because you can always just pay a dollar or two for the five minute tuk-tuk or motorbike ride from town. However, it's a small place with no common areas for hanging out, so if you are a solo traveler, you might find it a bit boring and lonely. By the way, I didn't see anyone using their tennis court and there were no tennis balls or rackets in sight.

Lovely little hotel with friendly staff

Cosy rooms
First things first, if you arrive at night there is a road we were taken down that looked like the start of a horror travellers story, but it all became ok when we arrived at this cosy hotel. The staff were very friendly and willing to help out. The room was very nice with a seperate bath and awesome shower. Very relaxing place for us.
