Sound Insulation a problem

Location, staff
I enjoyed my stay. The staff in particular were extremely helpful. I would be hesitant before staying a second time, however. I did book a basic room as it was only an overnight stay which was well equipped and good value for money but voices and sounds seem to carry into my room from the adjacent room. If the adjacent guests had been a livelier bunch it could have been a problem but nose blowing and tinkling from the loo are still a little off putting!

Great location

Location, location, location
Very comfortable. The rooms are a little bijou, I had to climb over my husband to get out of bed! Prices are a little higher for the Strand but staff were very good and helpful and it's in a perfect location. The price I got from Agoda could not be beaten.

Great Location

The location was excellent, few mins from Tube station, few mins from Covent Gardens. Quite expensive.

Value For Money Hotel in Londond

Value For Money,Food,Strong Internet
The main thing about this hotel is its value for money. I'm not too sure is it because I did a last minute booking, that's why I got the good rates. But if you just want a bare minimum hotel to stay while you tour London, then this is a good choice...

a long weekend in London

location, location, location
The hotel aims a large groups and mainly tourists. Definitely not a boutique. Everything (breakfast, facilities, rooms) are aimed at a high volume of guests. It is a big hotels and the basics are okay. Three elevator for many hundreds of guests is just not good enough. The hotel could do with a thorough renovation and upgrade. Rooms are very small. Bathrooms idem. Overall, location is everything and despite the fact that London is expensive, I would expect a more value for money.
