Concept is nice but the hotel need some serious maintenance
First of all I really liked the loft concept and the staff was professional and kind. The room is cosy but it needs maintenance, it looks old, the shower pressure was weak, internet was slow and my view was blocked by a building under construction (with noise starting from 8am). There are surely better alternatives for the same price in Singapore.

Hotel Staff not helpful at all
The purpose of staying at the hotel is to celebrate my daughter 18 birthday. Bought a birthday cake and requested the counter staff for help to keep in the cake in hotel café or kitchen till evening but staff rejected and claimed that there is no space for the kitchen and café to keep as already many other guests already requested to keep their cakes. I really think this is an excuse. I requested her to check again and call me at my room but no one bother to call me. The birthday cake cream melted by the late evening and it really spoilt my celebration mood.

Great staff
Staff was great. We booked this hotel as we thought the loft style would be a fun change from the traditional style but we're sadly disappointed. If we had not paid in full we would have changed hotels after the first night. Going up and down for a loft is great for kids but not a good idea for adults.

Not worth the money
The toilet is super small & the room are badly maintained. There are stains on the wall and it is not clean. The flooring are tearing apart. Overall its not worth paying this amount for this hotel. Will never recommend to anyone. Totally dissappointing!

Nice hotel but rooms are run down
The hotel is beautiful, the pool is nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are a great concept and at one time were probably beautiful. Now however they are pretty run down. The shower has black mold in all of the caulking and you can tell there have been plumbing issues because the room is damp and smells damp as well. We washed our clothes the first day we got there and three days later after being hung they were still damp? Something isn't right about that? The location is good if you want to eat at nice restaurants or go to clubs or pubs but it's a very expensive area. $50 for 2 people for dinner is normal.
