Reasonably good for a short stay
It would be difficult to locate the hotel if you're a first time visitor to the town

Not so nice.
There was no bell boy to help with luggage from car up the staircase to lobby area. Rooms were dusty and musty smelling. No air con control, wardrobe was a misfit, what was meant to be sliding is now on hinges without the knobs. Bath tub was dusty and stained.Badly in need of maintenance and refurbishment to maintain its standards.

Taxi booking
Booked a taxi for 2way transfer from hotel reception. At destination was told by driver to call taxi company again for my return back to hotel. When told mine is confirmed 2way, driver said "I don't know, call hotel". Left stranded at site n eventually hailed a passing taxi. Reception shd hv done better job in securing my request for 2way transfer!!

Needs improvement
Well it was recommended by a fren of mine in penang to book this hotel n I dun blame him for the bad experience we had.. The room was so damn old.. especially the toilet . I had to call the maintenance guy 3x in my 3days stay there... but they were super good n excellent pro in thier job.. The bed was terribly low n no quality.. Those 3days I stayed we didn't ate the breakfast as I got Feedbacks from the rest who's was there one day earlier then me said it sucks! No varieties.. There isn't much facilities like shopping or food.. thank God I drove there from Singapore.. having a car with me was a blessing n we drive all the way to Georgetown to eat! Your staff were extremely very friendly n helpful.. a pat on thier shoulder... I know it's a 20yrs old hotel but it still needs alot make over.. Will have a drive there from Singapore in 2mths time not sure will I still go back to the hotel needs to consider...

An affordable hotel with big family room.
The corporate family room is spacious with two double bed. However, the only setback is the clogged toilet which was attended too immediately by the staff. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Summit Mall adjacent to the hotel makes it convenient for shopping.

The hotel is not in a state to be in business. No hot water, no air conditioning, bathroom leaks in
Most horrible experience.
