1 night for business trip

food, garden
I stayed at the Summit Hotel for the third time. Food at the restaurant is always delicious and of a good quality. Rooms are clean and tidy but you sometimes feel that it is slightly inclined. Internet connection is good through land line disposed at the room but wifi is very weak in many cases.

No electricity or water for two days. No room serv

I want a refund if the last two days I was there. I understand there was an ear quake. Then you give s break to clients. Instead they charge for food that was not edible. I will request my credit card to not pay for those two days. Very disappointed. In cases of crisis you do not put onus on client.

An oasis in a busy city

location, garden, staff
Staying at summit is always a pleasure. The staff are wonderful, the food is good and the garden offers amazing views and silence. The perfect spot to meet other people in the humanitarian field.

Summit Hotel

15 years since my first stay... wonderful staff make me feel like I've come home every time. Incredible hospitality, food, hot water bottles, recycled rice husk fires and Friday barbecues.
