Big rooms with comfortable beds

Location, bed, big rooms
We booked king classic room and the room is big with comfortable beds and many pillows, which I really like! There's also a sofa in the room and a veranda which is directly overlooking Taal Volcano. Just outside the hotel, you will find many restaurants including a grocery store. It was truly a splendid stay :)

Good Hotel for Vacation with Kids

The hotel was exactly what was advertised, good rooms, excellent location and ample amenities.
The stay was marvelous, everything was close by, the rooms were good and the general ambiance was really 4 stars. Will recommend families with children to stay there.

view of volcano
disappointing. needed to ff up room service just for the menu, it was not even given to us the night we asked it and was provided the next day upon ff up. even for just water we needed to ff up. first room we had, bathroom was very dirty it had molds and we asked to be transferred. 2nd room we couldnt sleep since we can hear the footsteps of the guests upstairs the whole time! my goodness it was so stressful. we asked again to be transferred. the least they could do is upgrade us or moved us to the higher floor since they said 5th floor was occupied by a lot of guests thats why it was noisy. 3rd room we transferred to was still the same, still noisy foot steps. ro service still the same they didnt act fast for a 4 star hotel. it was very sad and even walls have marks that they could have maintained. summit used to be nice and everytime we go to tagaytay we go to summit and even recommend it to our friends. they could have maintained it like before and improve their customer service. we stayed for 2 nights but was not happy

Nice location

Location, Food, View
Great. The location was just across some of tagaytay's best restaurants, i like the view from our room. The staff though, needs a bit of customer service training.

Good Hotel

Location, Service and Room
Quite good, clean room except pillows are too hard. Booked a deluxe room, size is good, quite spacious and since hotel is relatively new, furnitures are modern. overall ambiance is quite relaxing. good service as well, fast room service unlike other hotels u wait until forever if u request something.

first timer in summit ridge

Very friendly and accomodating staff. Not so strict in occupants and provide requests if possible without charge ( iron board, extra blanket)
Very nice and feels like home
