Lovely Staff, but a mixed bag !

The staff were friendly and attentive. The kitchen, fridge and big water bottle was handy. The space was good for working.

I wish I could recommend this place to all, BUT... there were a few significant drawbacks. First, the location. There is 500m of crazy bad roads. So bad that taxi drivers bottom out and do not want to take you there and if they do they want more money. As a single woman this presented a difficulty as there is a slum area you have to walk past which can get pretty rowdy late at night. It was a bit scary actually and I'm no sook. Second I had a bad run with things breaking. The air con which made for a very hot a sweaty night on the second floor with no air flow. Took two days to fix. Then the internet. Took a day to fix. Then the lock on my door. The staff assured me it was a safe area but I wasn’t so sure. Actually I noticed a torch light on my balcony and two people disappear and no joke I slept with a knife under my pillow after that. The pool was in need of a paint job and some repair. It felt a bit sad and unloved in all. The staff were nice, although I think they though me a fussy customer for demanding the lock on my door was to be fixed asap. The laundry over the road was great. Cheap and perfect laundry. The neighbors were so nice. In conclusion, if you’re game go for it, but you’d need your own scooter or transport and a low threshold for musty smells, ratty old couch…. etc. Sadly, I would never stay here again.

Definitely a mixed bag!

Large living space, nice neighbors and staff, close to restaurants.

Ok place to stay for the night

Has a kitchen. And the apartment is right next to a mini mart

We needed a place to stay for the night before moving to our villa in Canggu the next day so we didn't really expect much. Overall, it is a decent place to stay in although the apartment was a little dusty and not well-maintained. Also, the air-conditioning needs to be serviced or changed as it wasn't cold at all. Furthermore, the living room we had didn't have proper ventilation; there was only a fan and we couldn't adjust the speed.

lovely hotel with potential

quite located just minutes away from shopping haven
7
it needs maintainence for sure. Lots of potential. Just needs to keep up with promises. There was no hot shower and phone in room. Basic ammenities such a coffee and tea should have been provided as well.
Shopping Tip: lots and lots of super cool shopping!

Terrible run down property

nothing at all

Terrible place. The phone didn't even work and the accomodation was third world. It should be bull dozed.

One bedroom apartment in good location.

Friendly service and quiet street.
6.3
this is a great one bedroom apartment in one of the back streets in seminyak. the service was very friendly and helpful and we found the location to be ideal for us. it is within walking distance from cafes and seminyak square. the negatives were the rooster next door that crowed very loudly at 6:30am every morning and sometimes earlier. the road is very rough that leads to the motel and the taxis didn't like driving on it.
Restaurant Tip: Biku restaurant is a short drive on Petitinget.
Majid A. Solo travelers Saudi Arabia, June 30, 2011
great apartment indeed

big room
6.7
the apartment is very nice, you have a sitting area with a big sofa, a kitchen big fridge and a bathroom no tv or ac on the ground floor, theroom is up the staires, big bed, ac big bathroom and a safe and a tv with dvd player. one thing u need to put in mind its a bit off the main road, at night its hard to walk to it or from it, but its safe loved the fact they have free wifi in the room there was only one staff, some time you cant find him when you need him, but when he is there he is very helpfull with good knowladge of english.
Nightlife Tip: you need a motor bike to go from hotel to the main fun area, its a few minute walk to the main road bluebird taxi are every where, always ask for meter to be on.

Good location& spacious but only pretty on surface

location is good, apartment is very spacious

The whole complex is a pretty nice idea and probably good for long-term stayers, and on the surface it looks also nice- design, furniture, facilities--
Restaurant Tip: Cafe Zucchini, Cafe Bali and fabulopus Japanese and Korean food are available in walking distance on Jl Laksmana. For Spa try the Amo Spa on Jl Petitenget 7 min by taxi.

zeer slechte weg naar het hotel

versleten meubilair, geen airconditioning in de leefruimte, uitzicht een muur
3
Zwembad was een grote teleurstelling, ca. 2 bij 4 meter. Direct bij de ingang.
