Not what I expected

floors were clean
It was very difficult for the cab driver to find Suzie's. The staff was kind but most did not speak English. The bedding was very old but seemed clean. The floor and furniture was clean but the walls were very dirty. Also the bathroom leaves a lot to be desired and was on the other side of the building from my room. This was my first experience with a hostel so I really don't have anything to judge it against but as lodging goes in general I was disappointed.

Suzie's review

Air con in dorm, fridge in kitchen, lockers outside dorm
Stay was ok, some lockers needed repair so I had to use a female only locker, I was booked into a 5bed dorm but there were 6beds in the room, there should have only been 4. Poor quality bread for breakfast, white only. It took 2 requests to fix my bedside light. No window in dorm room, no window in one of the shower rooms, the window in the shower that did have a window was broken,I checked out on the sunday morning so should have only been billed for 3nights instead of 4, And no mention of having to leave shoes at bottom of stairs,on website or being allowed to wear thongs on the carpet area, Staff weren't over friendly. Could have made more of an effort.

Good for a night stopover

Location, friendly staff, budget stay
It was pleasant, the staff Mr Hassan was very friendly and polite. The location was near Pasar Seni LRT, which allows you to travel to many places. It is also near to petaling street for shopping. Overall if you are looking for a 1 day stop over, would recommend this place

Nice and comfy, but slightly expensive.

comfortable beds, good airco and nice hot showers. Also the breakfast is quite nice (including bread, jam, honey, butter, cereals, coffee (3in1 Indocafe sachets) and tea.
It was nice, but too expensive (26RM to stay there every day).

Not as good as before

Location, friendly staff
This is my 3th time staying here. Many things have run down. Matress are old/flat. Bed frames are shaky and made lots of noise. Shoe racks at entrance smell terrible.

Very nice staff, location

Hot showers were avairable.Dining table, kitchen were clean. Print service was avairable with 2RM.
The staff gave me a free grade up room for no extra charge. He said he thought i was a man when I booked a mixed room. Even if the mixed room was still avairable, he cared about me, a women, and gave me a twin single room out of his kindness. I also asked f ront staff to print out my bording pass and he kindly did it for me. Staff are friendly, and people staying here were nice. Hot shower is avairable for this reasonable price. Thank you!!
