Nice price, stayed twice
Great neighborhood! I recommend this hotel for location. It's a typical small room, but in a nice quiet and international neighborhood. Hiro has a lot to offer, and this is the best hotel to get to know the area.

Horrible Staff
Location was the only good thing about this hotel
The exereince was horrible. The experience I had there was something I never had in my life. I asked for an extended check-out the night before my check-out. I called the front desk and was told by the employee that for 1000 yen I could get an extended check out to 3 pm. At check out I was told, surprisingly, that it was 3000 yen and I had to check out at 2 pm. I told them their must be an honest mistake or misunderstanding because the employee told me something different the evening before. They told me that there was a booklet in the room and that they would not take less than 3000 yen. I told them why would I double check what the employee told me. That it would be reasonable for a guest to call the front desk and rely on the information given from the front desk. Ultimately, we were taking about $25 dollars. You would think the hotel would work with the guest as it was a nominal amount and there was an honest misunderstanding. Well, that is not what happened. Unbeknownst to me they called the police and strong armed me for the $25. It was one of the most bizarre and horrible experiences I ever had. The police took my ID and passport. I was treated like a criminal. And for what?? Because the hotel staff gave me incorrect information and there was an honest misunderstanding. I could not even speak to the police because they could not speak English. They just made me feel like I was going to get take to the station. It was a truly horrible, unnecessary, and disgusting experience. After they strong armed me for the $25, they had me escorted out of the hotel. Way to take responsibility for their hotel staff giving the guests inaccurate information. It was a scary and terrifying experience especially over $25 dollars. This hotel should be ashamed to treat people like this. Stay away from this hotel. Horrible and cruel people work there.
