Home away from Home
The staff is attentive, helpful and warm. Event you need is in walking distance or in the hotel. I can't wait to return.

Review
The "king" size bed was just 2 regular beds pushed together. Very uncomfortable to sleep on. Also the mattress was very hard and overall not a good sleep.

Unethical Business Practices
Prior to my arrival money from my account was taken from this hotel. When I arrived they told me it was a deposit. I booked through booking.com and there was not mention in the fine print about a deposit. I asked where this was written and even suggested that if they are allowing a third party to complete reservations then they should provide that information to them so that customer's will know. Clearly this was not the truth because I had stayed there two weeks prior and did not have a deposit taken or money for incidentals. Upon arrival I asked again about this deposit and I was told it was standard business practice. When I told him I stayed there 2 weeks prior and there was not deposit he could not explain why. He made up an excuse about whoever checked me in did not do it correctly (first lie). If this is standard practice then everyone should be aware of it on the reception staff. Then I noticed that they were charging me more than what I agreed to. Again the reception person could not explain why and deflected and began to blame booking.com. I had to get my Ipad and prove to them that I was not lying about my cost. Even when I showed him my confirmation he said that there was nothing he could do. When he saw that I was not going to go with that answer. He asked if he could take a screen shot of my confirmation. He then asked me to email it and I did. The next day he came to me and said that the cost is what they have and he would explain it to me. I then spoke with the reception and as they began to explain it to me, lo and behold it was the price that I said it should be and not what they said. He said I was not understanding. I told him you are not understanding and pulled out my calculations again for him to see. I then questioned why they were still charging me more and he proceeded to tell me that they take out more because of incidentals and that was standard business practice (second lie). Great Place will probably stay there again.
I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was excellent. The Filipino band in the club was extremely talented. I massage and sauna were great.
