The hotel is good. The building is a bit old, but it's steady and clean. The pool is nice, and breakfast at the restaurant is good. The location is a bit boring, it's very commercial. But many sights are about 20-30 min walk which is not so bad. I guess you can take a tuk tuk as well if you don't feel like they're ripping you off. Overall, good experience. Decent staff, I felt comfortable here.

Good stay after initial problem.
I reached around midnight and was told that had no reservation and I should speak to agoda , despite having a printed copy of voucher . The staff asked me how much I had paid agoda. He made 2 calls and said it was OK. The room allotted was small. The bathroom was so small that the hand wash sink was inside the room. I was too tired to complain. After an hour, I discovered that the air con was not cooling. A repair guy tried to fix it for 15 minutes while I waited, and finally my room was changed reluctantly. The new room looked more like the one in pictures. Afterwards, the stay was good. There are mostly jewellery shops in the area. The river and the sky train station are 15 minutes walk. Breakfast is good. Pool is clean. Neighbourhood is not crowded like the centre area where I shifted after 3 days. I wanted to extend the stay, but they wanted twice the price I paid agoda. I would stay here again, but would call them before arrival so they're prepared. It is a scary thought that I could be stuck with my first allotted room had the air con been working well.

nice place
The stuff, for example the cleaning lady, the receptionists very were gentle, the restaurant very clean. The only one thing I disliked is the bathroom which should be a bit renovated since it's the only one thing I disliked.

Good area in the City and fair Price.
I have been' Staing at Swans Before. The place is good to the Price, clean and with a Nice pool. It is located perfecktly for mooving around in the City; near the fast boat and the sky train and in walking distance from Silom Road. The straf is not smiling that Much.. Though they are ok Nice, but not giving that ekstra you normaly meet in Thailand. No luxury but cheap, Nice and good located.

"Good hotel for Muslim traveller"
I am quite happy when first time check-in this hotel. The hotel was good but the building and an interior quite old design. Cleanliness and pool i can say it almost perfect. Haroon Mosque was very near from the hotel, so it easy for Muslims to perform Solat or Namaz on time. Besides, halal foods easy to find along the way to the mosque.

Terrible and horrible!! NEVER TO COME BACK AGAIN!!
1.We were shocked when we were told our booking was cancelled when we arrived at the hotel. Had to re-book again at the hotel at higher price. 2. The staff was not helpful and has no hospitality. No apology. 3. The room given was dusty, smelly(mouldy) and no water from the shower. 4. Took them more than 1 hour (2-3 staffs) to walk in and out of the room and still not solved. 5. When we ask to change room, the staff rudely told us off that NO MORE ROOMS!! No apology at all! 6. Finally, my husband went down to the reception to complain, they change us to another room upstairs. 7. The new room's condition is not better AND the air cond was leaking!!. 8. We were too exhausted to complain any more, coz it took us more than 3 hours to check in and we were tired and hungry. 9. Normally, we would reward the staff with some tipping at the end of our stay BUT we checked out as we felt that they don't deserve at all.
