I booked the room maybe 2 months ago and was given a room on 3rd floor which is not cleaned and smell. Room is dark that you are unable to work on your computer. Staff is friendly enough to upgrade my room to six floor which is a much cleaner room but lighting is not better. No working table for your laptop. Very very dim lighting. Very bad experience for my stay in Swiss-Belhotel Segara.

Nice hotel
We stayed there for almost 2 weeks and enjoyed our stay. Staff is really friendly and helpful. The customer comes always first. Nice pool area, not too crowded.

Dirty Rooms
Sticky and dirty floor, ants around the room, aircon leaking, hand held shower doesn't function, towels are old and stained, recycled bedroom slippers. During our 5 days stay, they did not change the bed sheets.

Good stay.
We had a great time of R&R at the Swiss Belhotel. Our three daughters (4, 9 and 10 years old) loved the pools. The shuttle bus services are a real perk and one of our highlights was just walking the seashore from the hotel and watching the waves crash into the pier. We will be coming back.

Beautiful Getaway
Such a pleasant place to be with ur loved ones and family.Only tht the hotel should not interrupt the guest PRIVACY by having guest to lie about every UBER driver tht comes to pick us up. Its anyone's rights to be picked up by anyone instead of teaming up with the Transport people outside the hotel and making your the hotel security and bellboy keep on asking about our mode of transport.

Not comparable to other Swiss Bell Hotels
We took the Loft unit at this 4-Star Hotel Chain, and at other Swiss Bell Hotels you might have a satisfying experience, but this one happens to be located at a 3-Star building that they just happen to occupy, and sadly didnt think of doing any renovations to it. Where to begin? The toilet shower still had bits of feces from the previous guests that i had to clean up in order to use it. So attention to cleanliness is definitely an issue. Visible unevenness and cracks in the walls, plain white walls with very little decorations, noisy plumbing as you hear a knocking noise throughout the night when water runs through it from other rooms. Breakfast options was limited. Wifi wasn't access able from all parts of the room, and evwn if you can catch the signal, it is slow as snail. We booked for 2 days and checked out immediately the next morning. Luckily the manager was kind enough to notify Agoda and verify the cancelation of the 2nd night for us. I applaud the manager for the understanding. As we drove away, our Balinese driver commented that we weren't the only guests to cancel the booking and move to another hotel.

We just spent 2 weeks at this amazing hotel. We stayed in a duplex room which was on the top floor. There was no mosquitos in our room. We ate at the restaurant most nights for dinner and were extremely happy with the food and service. The pool was divine. The serene spa was amazing. We had several massages, pedicure and facials. There were very friendly and professional. Yes the hotel is located away from everything but it is only a short 5 minute ride by taxi and there is also a free courtesy bus to Geger Beach and Bali Collection but we chose to be away from all the hustle and bustle. The staff were all friendly helpful and pleasant. They made us feel most welcome. Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable and we look forward to returning next year.

Overall satisfying stay
Apart from the leaking air conditioner, everything else was well maintained. Appreciate the free shuttle service to Bali collection and Geger Beach too.

Very Relaxing Setup
I had heavy schedule during my stay. I look forward to be back at the hotel, same feeling as looking forward to go home from office. Not many hotels can make me feel that.
