Announcements

The property is undergoing renovation (mainly impact the ground floor) from July 19, 2016 - 31 January, 2017. The work will be between 09.00 AM - 06.00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Several areas of the ground floor will be closed, however with the least disruption for guests' arrival and departure.

The Icons restaurants on the 2nd floor will remain open for breakfast. The Customs House Bar at the back of the property offers outdoor dining for lunch and dinner. A coffee lounge area will be temporarily set up on the gallery level of the 2nd floor.

Bad experience from day 1 I got to the hotel.
You better train your staffs to handle tourist if you want them to return to the hotel. I am a Marriott member. One of my worst stays at Marriott.

Best location!
Hotel is right in the center of everything. Unfortunately the property is undergoing renovations at this time, so you really can't enjoy it to the fullest extent. Robert, the bartender, in the main restaurant was a joy to speak to at night.

Amazing hotel. Wonderful staff - from the doorman to the check in counter to the cleaning lady, everyone was extremely polite and helpful. Great location, right near the harbor. Next time I'm in Sydney I will stay here again.

Nice place to enjoy Vivid Sydney !
We booked this hotel for our family of 4 persons and upgraded to higher floor with best view the opera house and Sydney harbour. All fanstatic, we sure will stay here again in the next visit Australia. Highly recommended for people travel with family.

Stay.
Spa was not working. Offer of an upgrade. Advised this is for $50. Ended up being per day unlike what we were advised. Have had better value for money at intercontinental and Hilton. Room was spacious. Bar service downstairs was slow and we ended up having to cancel the order as we had s plane to catch. Wouldn't be in a hurry to return.

Strategic Location
The vallet parking is way too expensive for overnight stayed. Staff is helpful and friendly, we were allowed to check in early around 9am. Location is just walking distance to opera house, sydney harbour etc.
