staying on my weay to perhentian islands
Location, spacious room (family room) and hot shower.

The hotel was strategically located. Boat tickets to Perhentian Islands are sold right on the same street, the taxis stand is right there and also the bus station plus the boat jetty is located 2easy blocks away. There a few local restaurant around and a 7 eleven and some stores also a block or two away. The hotel is a little better than a backpacker's motel type. The Family room was spacious, w/cable, hot water and a/c.

Your safest bet on a hotel

Spend the night at the hotel after a long drive from Penang. Easily accessible - just right at the Kuala Besut Jetty. Very convenient if you're looking to depart first thing in the morning to Pulau Perhentian. Rooms and bathroom were fairly comfortable and clean. Price was a little pricey without meals and parking.

Decent place, good location for an overnight stay

Room was decent sized, and definitely good enough for an overnight stay if you are transferring to/fro the islands. Staff was friendly although front desk isn't always manned. However, we did not have to wait long.
Will stay here again.

Small but very clean hotel with good wifi. Close walking distance to jetty for transfer to Perhentian Islands. Cafe next door also has great local food at reasonable prices.
