...staycation
Did not expect the massage came with the price that i paid thru agoda so good deal right there. Breakfast was decent and their food was actually reasonable. Quite a drive from tagaytay city proper so this place is really for staycation.

Great stay as always
Even if the place is fully booked, we still enjoyed our stay. It was a very relaxing weekend. :)

A good hotel
It was a nice hotel to stay, clean and cozy. It's not a wow but it does the job, quiet place also and has friendly and courteous staff and the massage is awesome, recommended place to stay....

Didnt expect this for a 3-star hotel. Our stay was a total mess
First, when you say its FREE, it should really be FREE. But then, upon checkout i was asked to pay for a bottled water i consumed in our room, i dont know if its the hotel or agoda's fault, all i know is that when i booked, it specified that there's free bottled water.. Go & double check.. It was the first one on the list. I dont mind paying, its only P25, its just the thought of being cheated. I didnt argue w/ the receptionist, she is nice & probably just doing her job. 2nd, the room smells really bad., smells like an old wood w/ termites, i thought it will go away once our senses have adjusted but it didnt till we checkout, Contradicting to its interior, very modern & i really like the wallpapers they used, the ceiling & lights, those were superb. 3rd. Cr has an odd smell too..seemed like they didnt use freshener after cleaning it. 4th. Pool is only until 7 or 8pm only which seemed to be funny for a staycation. 5th. In the massage room, one staff opened the curtain whilst im changing (she's like checking the room) but it would be more proper if she asked first if there's somebody in. Out of all the awesome staff, she is the only one i didnt appreciate. Massage is good though. 6th. I noticed some stains in our towel & bedsheets too. 7th. We woke up @5am, 1st thing we want is to have coffe but Our coffee maker doesnt fit to the socket unless theres an adaptor.. yet had to wait till 7am till the reception opens. Grrrr Hayyy.. such a terrible experience, housekeeping may not do their job properly hence, i thank the other staff for being so nice & polite.. most specially the guards, u guys are the real stars of that hotel.
