Awesome free tea and coffee all day.
Free tea and coffee.
We enjoyed our stay at Teba House. I think the room was good value. The ceiling fan was good and kept the room cool. We enjoyed spending time relaxing in our porch area, which is where you also eat your breakfast. We though the flask of hot water and tea/coffee packets were a nice touch. I really loved playing with the super friendly and well behaved hotel dog, Brownie. The one and only issue we had with the hotel was that the friendly staff wanted to always know where we were going/what we were doing. They really wanted to book us on a tour. This was a little annoying as we prefer to sort ourselves out and didn't appreciate being cornered every morning at breakfast and every evening when we returned to the hotel. It's a shame because other than that the place was great and the staff were very friendly.

Good value for money
Very yummy breakfast and good location
Very helpful and friendly staff, helped us book tours and sort out our transport out of ubud. Rooms are good value for money, suitable for a budget traveller for a few days stay. Good location close to monkey forest and a big cheap supermarket.

Lovely garden, nice staff, but no water last day
Friendly staff, not far from coco market
The overall is so so. However, the value follows the amount of money you pay. There is little breakfast, but yummy. I love omelette and banana crape at this place so much. The room is just ok. The bathroom doesn't look so clean. There is slow flow of shower water coz the water pipe shares to all rooms at this hotel. It's hard to control warm water. I always got either too hot or too cold water. So, this is considered bad at this hotel. Moreover, there was no water on the last day in the morning. Anyway, the owner tried to get water from another house for us, but it's not enough for taking a shower. I think the hotel should have better management when there is no water from public source. There is a great small eatery not far from the hotel. I don't remember the name of this restaurant, but it's name like "GBC" = "Great Bali Coffee" or something like that. "Fried Rice" is the best menu that I tried. I'd like to come to this restaurant again. It's not expensive. My fried rice costs 18 rp.

Friendly family and Convenient location
Good location near Bebek Bengil and Kafe
Nice helpful family, very friendly. My room had a decent view, but door was warped and didn't quite close neatly. Sheets had a musty smell. Next door neighbor keeps several roosters that start crowing at around 5am. Good if you want to catch the sunrise, bad if you just got back from the bars past 1am.

Super friendly staff and great value
Breakfast included, friendly happy staff, lovely garden to sit and relax
This guesthouse is fantastic value for money. The rooms are very basic and outdated however, they are clean and comfortable. I spent 5 nights here while attending a yoga school nearby. I loved coming back after a yoga session and being greeted by the amazingly friendly staff and family owners. Breakfast is included and the banana pancakes are mega!. Don't expect luxury when you go but do go, it's well worth what you pay for it.
