Lousy hotel

Located at convenient location
3
Was put on the 13th floor. When we exited the lift on the 13th floor, there were unused beds lying against the walls, used bed sheets thrown on the floor. The moment we entered our room, first thing we saw was a stained toiletbowl. Definitely not a good first impression. This hotel does not have the basic security at well - they do not have the habit of locking their rooms if it's vacant - in my opinion it's not secure. Who knows if some stranger goes into the rooms and puts some spycam around, or awaits to ambush the hotel's guests? We were the only ones on the 13th floor at the time we checked in. After seeing all the rooms unlocked and stained toiletbowls, we requested for a change in room to the 7th level. We thought all was well when we entered our new room. Room was better, toilet was cleaner. Spent the first night there, and guess what!! THE ROOM BLACKED OUT AT 1AM. Woke up feeling suffocated as the airconditioning had been cutoff as well. Called the receptionist to request them to check the power on the 7th floor. Before I could finished my sentence, he hung up on me. Never in my life have I seem such rude hotel staff! When the power finally resumed, the staff came BANGING on my door. We said "thank you, the power's ok already", to which they replied "WHAT OK?! You got anyhow use the power supply or not!?" and wanted to enter our room. At 1.15am, I do not think any hotel staff should be insisting to come into their guests' room. FYI, there were only 3 available power points in our room. ONLY 1 was working. And how does the hotel staff suppose we can "anyhow use the power supply"?? Lousy experience. Will not go back there again. P/s: complimentary breakfast was lousy as well. Served almost the same food everyday. Small variety. Egg, bread, chicken balls& sausage, mee goreng. Everyday.

small room

have to pay for the parking !!!!
4.3
it was bad, first of all...because of the hotel parking. in fact the hotel do not have their own parking area, there is a basement of the next conjoined building for the hotel guests to park their car. but the best thing is you have to pay RM5 for each entry!! let says if you go in-out from the hotel for 4 times per day, then it comes that u have to pay total of RM20!! u dont restrict yourself of not going out from the hotel becuase of the parking charge right? but you have to pay for every entry!! is that amazing?? i am very much amazed.. i praised the receptionist too. he was very very UNFRIENDLY and not shamed at all when i complaint about the parking charge and no proper parking. i suggest agoda.com to erase their 'parking facilities' available from this hotel. i think it is not fair for the guests and the customers/users of this very helpful website. i believe agoda.com do not want to cheat and ofcourse need to maintain this good reputation of the website. web master pls consider my suggestion. thanks

Good location but small room

Location
6.3
The location is right in the middle of China Town and is easy accessible to shopping area. The room is pretty small and can only take in 2 persons (max). The television set is very small but the toilet is reasonably clean and spacious. Lift is not very efficient and slow. No other facilities available within the hotel.

This is my 2nd stay at this property - maily because the staff is helpful and friendly and the location is very good ! Near Chinatown and near Putaraya central bus station with connections on to other parts of Malaysia ! I had a nice deluxe corner room with some view and it was quite spacious ! Also breakfast buffet was good !

Good & Convenient Loscation Hotel

Convenient in food, travel and shopping. Room acceptable due at the corner so 2 windows and bigger.

Deluxe room should be better than the standard room (previously stayed) which provided in-room travel info and magazine. Staff should be more helpful and should always smile.

Great room in a great location!!

Room was spacious and the location was great
8.7
the room was very spacious, and was rather fully equipped (though it can be better if they can have a hair-dryer in the room). best thing about the hotel was the location. petaling / chinatown was just across the street, with all great buys and good food within walking distance. even though we came back quite late on a certain night (ard 1am), we could still get food (lok-lok) to eat as supper!!
