Avoid... Find a better place
One of the most harrowing experience. I reached the hotel at 14.45 and was informed that the room was not ready. My colleague asked why it was taking so long and the reply was "it will take the time it will take... yo have to wait" I pointed out that the check in time is 12.00 noon, and we had come 3 hours later, yet we were made to wait. But my plea fell on deaf ears. After my colleague burst out in a fit of anger, we were hurriedly given 2 rooms. Before we got the rooms, we were asked to pay a deposit in Cash, I offered that my credit card gets swiped for the deposit, they refused. It was only after my colleague started shouting, that the credit card was accepted. During the 24 hours that I spent there, we came across several people who were complaining / shouting about the fact that they were being forced to pay cash. The hotel is large and divided into blocks. The entire place needs a thorough bout of cleaning and repainting. The hotel has an old unused look and feel. The bed was OK but the room and furniture needed cleaning. Most of the rooms are interconnecting, I was given an interconnecting room and the lock on the door between the rooms had been pried open. The wood around the door was chipped away. A flimsy latch held the door in place. The bathroom has layer of mineral salts left by the constant flooding and drying of the water from the shower. The bathroom is extremely dirty and floods during the shower and if one is not careful, the water enters the bedroom. The front desk and house keeping staff need to be taught their jobs. The only good point about the hotel is that the food was good. Otherwise... avoid !!!

Waste of time and money.
Well, i dont have much to say... the worst ever hotel i have stayed while booking through Agoda. Never ever will go to this hotel. The only good thing about the hotel was staff little friends however if you dont tip they dont care.

Wonderful Place for short Stay
Live Ghazal Music, Good Food, and very Friendly Staff
Wonderful Place for short stay. Wanted to use swimming pool, but was under construction.Hotel Staff was very helpful. Room we were assigned was very small but the manager upgraded us to a larger room which was very nice. Will come back and will refer it to friends Best regards,
