Not value for money
It was okay but not for the price charged per night. Very disappointed with the food, if your going to stay here take your own! So many flies and people in the pool there was no room to relax. Our room was nice but safe didn't work, doors didn't lock. Hornets nest in our room. Would not recommend.

THe villa has just been renovated so it's really great to stay in as everything is still brand new and really clean. breakfast was standard, and will be delivered to the villa each morning. Restaurant nearby closed really early, at 6 pm so you might wanna have dinner at the restaurant

A hotel with hot spring pool
We stayed in the family pool villa. It's good with the big hot spring pool in our room and its so private. But the facilities are too old and some are broken, need some maintainance. Staff is good. But i was disappoint about late breakfast. We arranged the breakfast served in our room at 8 am but we got it a quater to 9.

Four stars, maybe 25 years ago ...
friendly staff, location, size of the villa's
We expected a four star hotel, we paid for it, but stayed at a 1990 4 star hotel with no visible maintenance since. First of all, the people were very kind and did their best to help. But their were clearly not the ones who are able to run a 4 star hotel. The check in was funny, we were the only guests and it looked as they did a check in for the first time, giggling who should do it. Our villa was 250 sqm, but ... the whirlpool as the middle of our outside area were broken, so we had a huge empty whirlpool infant of us from every view. Lights didn't work, wooden curtains were broken, huge lesions from cigarettes in the covers of a chairs. Wifi completely unstable and if stable for a while download rates in Bytes/sec. Completely useless. Breakfast and dinner, maximum 2 stars for food, the view over the lake was great. Worth to mention, the free entrance to the hot spring pools, the location under the vulcano and 3 flatscreens in the villa. If someone is looking for an interesting experience ... go for it. It's a bit spooky as only guests over the night. If you expect 4 stars and you are willing to pay for it, stay away. After my complaints we got a 20% price reduction, but still to expensive.

Average hotel overall
hot springs, pools, view
It was low season, no one else was there, it's very over priced, the rooms fill with bugs and baby mosquito once you turn the lights on, fortunately they don't bite you, in the morning they all die and drop onto the bed and furniture. Rooms seem far away and difficult too work out when you return. The restaurant smells and the two guys working in there were just sitting there smoking. Decided too have dinner in the apartment as there is a nice outdoor setting although again the insects are everywhere once the lights go on. The food all comes at once even though I asked for the starters too come separately with drinks. The water seems too come on at different times so it was difficult too take a shower. The plunge pool kept filling all night had too turn it off as it was too noisy too sleep. The Hot Springs were the best thing about the hotel and the backdrop too the mountains around the lake is just superb. My partner said it would feelbetter if more people were around as it was low season.
