Good 3 star hotel in Tokyo

comfortable rooms and large bathrooms and quiet safe neghbourhood
Great AC in lobby. Too bad AC is not cooler in rooms and hallways. Having expressio machine in lobby is a nice touch. Liked the area and the nice quiet clientele from Europe and North America unlike some hotels which have mostly loud and rude. tourists from China. It's nice to have coin washer and dryers to use. It's too bad the dryers don't work well. I had to put money in for 90 min before clothes were almost completely dry. Coin washer too expensive as it was 300 yen a load. Other hotels were 200 yens per load.. Housekeeping did a wonderful job cleaning rooms. My they were always friendly saying hello in hallways and elevators. I will book twin rooms with 2 beds next time. The double rooms are too small to even walk around without running into furniture. Bathroom is smaller in double room too. Our teenage kids had the twin rooms which were a good size. Distance to Akasaka subway station not bad and area has a few Starbucks, good restaurants, and grocery stores.
