The hotel room is clean and well maintained.

Location, Room is clean.
Overall is good except the breakfast is just fried noodles with sausages plus fish ball. The food is cold and not tasty.

A night at The Baba House Hotel

Room was clean and tidy, check in and check out was smooth, location was nearby to main attractions
I was staying at the ground floor room and noted that: Phone coverage was quite low At night, I can hear the sound of water flushing quite loud that it disturbed my sleep Information about parking should be available (or did I missed it?) Other things were simply great!

the hygienic problem

walking distance to jonker walk
i know this is a 2-star hotel with a nice location in the city, but the hygienic is poor.i felt like quite disgusting when i stepped in the room.the room looked like old and torn.water heater was malfunctional, how could my baby take shower?i would like to change a better room, but the staff told me that my room(deluxe double room) was good enough as it was renovated.and i was late for the breakfast(breakfast time was stated as 7.00-11.00a.m.),because i waited for my baby to wake up.then, when i was there for breakfast at around 9.45a.m.,i found that there were only 2 trays of food instead of 5 trays.however, luckily the staff told me that they were still may be my fault for being late for the breakfast, but not my fault to take shower under cold water with the car park was always full.hard to get any single lot to park our car, thus we need to park our car in a far place(outside of the building).we need to worry about being summoned by the police or car being spoilt or stolen by others as malaysia's safety problem...

Everything is fine except the customer service

Location, car park and
Unacceptable and unexpected late check-in (after 3.00 pm) due to unreasonable excuse - late check-out to the previous occupants. One of the hotel receptionists (a woman) gave us wrong information regarding the room's number and asked us to check-out on time (12 noon).

MUSTY Rooms!

Location. Staff. Value for Money.
The staff was alright. Nice people at the receptionist. Hallways are poorly lit and looks a bit deserted in the night. Rooms are musty & damp. Didn't smell pleasant. Comforter and pillow cases was damped. Door was mouldy.
