cheap but cleanliness need to be improved

friendly staff, quiet environment, unique hotel design
the rooms are small, but what's more can i ask for since it is a budgeted hotel. the toilet is dirty, and some renovation need to be done.the worst part is the toilet bowl handle was spoilt. anyhow, the staff are friendly and attentive.

Very good staff, small room, need maintenance

Very perceptive staff, nice pool view, easy to get taxi
It was quite easy to found it(side by side with Pandu street). The room is very small, even the twin single bed was sticked to make room for walk and stand. The bathroom need to be maintained because there are some stain at the wall&floor, and the faucet is already corroded. You also can hear heavy sound from the other room, it is quite noisy sometimes. The best thing in the hotel only the pool view and the staff which is very helpfull. You can ask for morning call and taxi if you want to go to the sanur beach which is very closed to the hotel.

Old modern hotel

Unable to think of one.
Booked 4 nights however only stayed for 1 night. As i am from a 5-star hotel employee i did not expect much from a 3-starr hotel . Reached at 8pm however 1 of the rooms was not ready. We were then given the worst room i had ever seen in my life. With a toilet that really stinks my husband ends up washing the floor wih plenty of detergent to get rid of the smell. My sister's room had a big patch of water marks from the aircon unit and half of it was covered by the hanging towels. When she remove the towel stand to our horror the marks lead to the power socket. It was so dangerous to still sell that kind of room. Breakfast was instant noodle that was cooked with omelette. And rat was passing by below the sofa that we sat for breakfast on the night before while we were using the wifi. Only the wallpaper was pleasant during the stay and the rest was just disappointing . There are other better and cheaper hotels in Bali that you can visit.

Nice hotel for short stay

Great service, good sized room
I appreciated the airport transfer late on at night. Room was a decent size, everything good. However bathroom wasn't the cleanest and the overwhelming smell of bleach was all I could smell all night. Even could smell it on my clothes the next day. For that reason it didnt make for the best of stays though was only there 1 night anyway en route to Ubud so not too big an issue.

Functional, noisy, poor service

Recently renovated bedrooms, handy location (both Sanur and Denpasar readily accessible)
Negatives: Noise: The hotel is built like a large echo chamber and the staff enjoys watching television in the lobby at full volume from 06:00 until after midnight. Very annoying. Also the noise of other guests getting up early, having breakfast and coming in late is quite invasive. The pool is a mere 1m from the window of room 108, so the noise of kids frolicking there was not to be missed. The hotel is on a busy road and the road noise is quite obvious. Service: The room was only cleaned when I made a specific request. Towels weren't changed, toilet paper ran out, soap not renewed. Facilities: Room had a large, sloppily sealed crack leaping out from the main wall, smelled overwhelmingly of mothballs during my whole stay. Toilet dingy and showing age - not particularly compatible with condition of the rest of the room. Seemed pretty clean tho. I had three roommates - cockroaches about 5cm in length. Not of real concern but after a couple of days I got annoyed at them surprising me when I returned to the room. Some blood-sucking bug had a real go at me on the first night, no problems afterwards. Breakfast: Four tired options, must be pre-ordered the night before. Often a member of staff had to fetch ingredients before it could be prepared. Positives: A/C functions well, power reliable, staff pleasant and non-intrusive altho communication difficult, WIFI reasonable in room 108 and the lobby, inexpensive, within 100m of mini-marts and local restaurants, situated within 45 minutes walk from both Sanur and central Denpasar, excellent hot water with strong flow, inviting looking micro-sized pool, rooms feature a small table and stool usable for computer work and a rack for drying clothes, doesn't seem overly booked - I easily extended for a week. Conclusion: Would only book room 108 in this hotel, however there were sufficient negatives that I will try something else next time.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: The Denpasar Monument was most immpressive

good features hotel

good interior
the hotel is clean , the location is great for business but the food is very standard
Shopping Tip: it is not the right hotel for shoppers
Ricky M. Business travelers Indonesia, October 5, 2012
small hotel with all the necesseities of travellin

theres a pool below, a few rooms, safe
the hotel is very small, and the room is small also, the toilet is not as clean as expected, but it is enough for daily use. i have no trouble sleeping at night, the ac is cold, and the tv is cable. so not bad for the price
Ricky M. Business travelers Indonesia, October 4, 2012
Nice comforable hotel, but is not what i expected

nearby bali bakery renon
place is nice located near sanur, but however there is not a proper breakfast menu, and the toilet is beyond my expectation. room is okay but very dark, but i guess its a cheap hotel to stay in. so no complain much
Noro A. Business travelers Indonesia, September 25, 2012
Not as good as the photos suggested.

Easy to find food around the hotel
I'm on a business trip and looking for the best priced hotel closed to my meeting location. At first this hotel seems like a dream deal. Good looking business hotel with cheap price. Upon arriving at the hotel, it looks much smaller and not as clean as the photos suggested. The swimming pool is not usable as it is very small and really close to the rooms doors, you will feel awkward to even being in the pool. The room is small with no refrigerator. Pro: Flat 21 inch TV packed with local channel as well as premium sports and movie channel. Working hot water. Stay here if you are not on vacation, your destination is within walking distance from the hotel and all you need is cheap, no frills "only for sleep" hotel
