Poor Reception Performance, Cold Pool
Location, Sushi Lunch
I stayed in this location three times and performance at reception got progressively worse. Last time I wanted to extend my stay and was told it is not possible. They told me no room was available, although I could show it on agoda and finally booked it there. Very poor attitude of Reception personal. Pool is very cold. Everybody can walk into the hotel and enter the lift and get to any room. This is not acceptable. Key cards should be verified in elevator. Breakfast is huge, but not very special. Sushi lunch is okay (my tuna sashimi was frozen though), but rather expensive. Pro tip: go to the food courts in nearby shopping centers for a meal. Also these places are great for a massage (at 1/5th of the price of Berkely hotel).
