My birthday stay in Bangkok
Staff service, view from window & comfort
I arrived hotel at 11am & saw the Check in at 3pm card at the counter wondering what time can I go to my room to rest. They let me check in after the paperwork! my request for the view towards Central world also given. Next day that was my birthday & I reached back hotel with a birthday cupcake. Service is great & I will certainly be back for the 3rd time..

five star basics done right & value for money
the view, cleanliness and comfort
The good thing is the location is near an MRT, near most of the SIAM area malls, superb view at 31 stories, very clean and very comfy to stay in. It definitely has the potential to be a full fledged five star hotel. While convenient, it was it was slightly irritating we had to cross the bridge every time we needed to get to the hotel. The room doors are not insulated properly and sound of the televisions were quite muffled so you gotta turn up the volume really loud and it can get very jarring. I didn't get any breakfast but no complaints given the price, hence, the low rating. The service was good but it needs alot more improvement to get to an actual five star standard. I would say it is a four star hotel with alot of five-star potential.

Housekeeping and operator very rude
location, room very big and clean
We called to operator to request the adapter. The operator answered me "we will inform housekeeping pass the adaptor to you" and cut off the line without saying thank you or goodbye. At first we didn't really listen properly what she say and we need to called again to confirm the previous conversation. other than that, all okay.
