Has been staying here for the pass 3 years. May alone twice. Famous Chicken rice , shopping, massage, facial and 4 face Buddha only 10 minutes walk. Of cos lots of people complaint about internet but when you think of it, all the things are good accept internet, you can get a local sim card for your self from around the corner at 7/11 shop. Eventually it's nothing much to complaint about this hotel. I'll give it a 9 since i've been travelling a lots of countries for the pass 25years.

All is good EXCEPT the service
The receptionist/front desk/bell boy were all being so rude and hostile. On the first night i checked in only at 10pm due to flight delays and to my amazement, they actually told me there's no more rooms for me. The two rooms i booked online had already been given out to other customers. I was quite disappointed and furious so i asked why did they do that, i thought the booking i booked was already confirm and asked if we could change room to the one we wanted tmr. And the receptionist actually replied "then now don't have rooms, then how? and i not sure, you own-self come tmr and ask" Such a rude answer from them when it was their fault in the first place. Moreover, her facial expression was very bad, she was putting on her most irritated and impatient face throughout the entire check in process. We had already paid the money, didn't get the rooms we booked yet we still have to receive such bad service from them. And the bell boy that served us upon check in, threw our luggage on the floor and asked us to carry to the room ourselves. We are perfectly fine to bring the luggage back to our room ourselves, but we do not need you to throw our luggage on the floor. I've stayed in so many different hotels in Bangkok previously(be it 3 stars, 4 stars and 5 stars) and i did not once experienced such terrible service. Really disappointed with my stay with Berkeley hotel this time. Will not stay there again despite how good their breakfast are, how spacious their rooms are. There are better hotels which offers better services with the same price range.
