It was acceptable, but not great. WIFI passwords given were a lottery draw with us losing most of the time. Location though was excellent and rooms were clean.

very easy to access South Bank area

everything is quite good. Hot water need sometime to got it hot. most of the staff is very helpful and friendly, but except one (forgot her name) overall is a good stay! the restaurant at ground floor ( the peel street kitchen) is good! the breakfast, coffee, chai latte! yummies~
