never again
Cabin very small, not clean. Reception staff lovely however staff at cafe were unbelievably rude. Pillows supplied were a health risk - full of stains, looked a hundred years old with no pillow protector. Blankets supplied for children's beds were sooooo old and dusty, not sure they have ever been washed and needed to be replaced 2 decades ago - set off my sons asthma and only one blanket for each child which was no where near sufficient enough to stop them waking up cold through the night. Friends in cabin next door ran out of hot water (and no was not used for excessively long showers) and had mould on the sheets provided for their kids. Smaller pool had a layer of slime on top. Lots of permanent residents seemed to live in the park also - very untidy surroundings and raised voices at night plus constant smell of cigarette smoke in the air... it was dodgy as and i felt on edge the whole time we were there.

No frills holiday cabin, good location
*friendly staff *good location *value for money
We had a 5 berth cabin, it's no frills but good for a short stay , old style but clean, the location is good, close drive to beaches and big banana, staff friendly, nice little pool and cute clog barn Souvenirs, didn't get a chance to go into the cafe or minature Dutch village that is part of the holiday park.

Great location, perfect for families
location kitchen wifi
I was unsure what to expect from the reviews but was surprised .....in a good way. Everything was as I expected, older style, however I was surprised by how clean and fresh it was. Check in was a breeze and linen offered for the bunk beds at no cost, again a nice surprise! Key deposit of $20 paid back when checking out. Parking next to our room. The room was warm from being closed up but cooled quickly once Windows were opened. There was no musty smell you get in old places. My bed was so comfortable. Shower was nice and hot, towels soft. Good tv reception and WiFi in room. Fridge nice and cold. Ample cooking equipment for those self catering. Some mentioned the road noise and it could be heard, I live on a main road so not an issue for me but could see why it could be for some. All in all a pleasant stay, we will return, the kids are keen to use the pool next time when warmer.

A great place for a familt stay
Friendly staff, value for money, loved the mini village
Very happy. The staff are fantastic and really helpful. Cabins are simple but everything is supplied. We all loved the mini dutch village and shop. Pool is great and has a shaded section. Our family would definitely stay there again.

Impressed
Staff always helpful, park & facilities well kept & clean
After reading previous reviews I was skeptical of my stay, I stayed for a weekend in the deluxe cabin which was neat & clean, unlike what I was lead to believe on previous reviews, I would definitely stay again, free wifi was a bonus. The staff were very friendly, I look forward to staying again next time we are in Coffs.
