We got our room upgraded to newly renovated room, the room décor is nice, especially the spacious bathroom with super nice bathtub. The hotel location isn't that convenience, it is located at the top of Elizabeth hill. Walking distance about 10mins to Orchard Road (MRT).

Price, Location, Good Food
Always my number 1 choice for Singapore business visit. Great location, great room, great shower head, good food. recommended to stay here

room is so small and smells like crap. the food is ok but very expensive. hotel is 15 minute walk from orchard. the hotel room is pricey and definitely not coming back

Nice clean room, comfort bed, good location (near orchard)
Very satisfying, the concierge has scale in the storage room and very helpful when I checked out, weighing luggage is very important to avoid extra charges at the airport and I am glad the hotel provides this scale.

Stinky smell from carpet in every hall ways.
Good Reception Staff. Good WiFi.
One out of 3 rooms for our group had problems with A/C and Hot/Cold water at the bathtub. I asked for a Technician to check. But finally, I asked for changing to a new room. It took almost 45 mins before I got a new room.
