Needs improvement
Staff should assist their customers at all time and they should be visible particularly at the pool, food for breakfast must improve

Weekend stay
Breakfast was not good, towels very old need to be replaced. Not 4 stars as they claim-- not at all.

Looks good from the outside but disappointing inside
This place pretends to look fancy but it is quite disappointing. First they require you to pay a $2500 deposit when they don't even offer a minibar. Breakfast is awful, so don't even bother. We had the air conditioning unit break down so the staff had to find another room for us. The room and washroom are not very clean. You can see mold in the washroom tile grout. The hotel rents rooms and the pool for outside parties so it can be crowded and the hallway smelling like food from room parties. Not good for what they charge or pretend to be. Just looks like the owners are milking the cow.

Cheap and clean place
Quiet location but near the ortigas centre room is clean and staff were friendly

So far so good
The hotel price is cheap as it is near the malls. The ambiance is good as well as the facilities. The only thing i notice Is that there is no blow dryer provided in the room which normally other cheap hotel have.

Bad Experience
Few things I think that the hotel needs to improve on: -bath towels seem dirty (off white) which I think need to be replaced already - no provision of toothbrush - wifi connection is very poor - towels are not provided in the pool area - unhelpful staff in the lobby/ front desk

Great Hotel
Hotel was pleasant. However here are some observations for improvement: *Rooms are quite small *Breakfast at Mario's Kitchen was a bit poor; very minimal selection *There should be more elevators; waiting time is a bit long Nevertheless, hotel is recommendable
