Staff, facilities breakfast
I reckon this is he nicest place I have stayed during my 12 week stay in SE ASia. If for no other reason you should stay here for the breakfast! When I spoke to manager about his hotel, he started watching out and anticipated my every need. From the manager! I recommend this place without any reservation. It's a great place to stay!

Close to the Russian market

Lovely staff, spacious room, great view and atmosphere at the rooftop bar,
The shower was a little awkward to use as the hose holder was broken and the water temperature sometimes was cool. Lucky it was warm. But with with four stars I'm not sure if that is great as I've heard of other little things that have not been fixed. Breakfast was great, pool area lovely to relax by and close to the Russian market and some lovey eating spots. It is a little away from the river and the sights but can get a tuk tuk into the main area.

not bad

so so, not a bad place to stay in
it is okay, the swimming pool is too small though, after all the hotel was built in a small land. the breakfast is standard. as for the room, it could be better with a bigger tv for such a big room. the room space should be reduced to make the bathroom bigger. overall it is okay except that for a double room, they just combined 2 single beds together.

Fantastic hotel, couldn't have been better

Facilities (swimming pool), service and quality of room
This resort is stunning. The pool is huge, and snakes between the rooms like a river surrounded by lush forest. Because of its fantastic design the rooms feel very private and luxurious. The service at the hotel is exceptional, with very friendly and helpful staff. The only downside is that the food is a bit expensive, but that's to be expected in such a high quality resort. We loved our time here and if we're ever in Siem Reap again we wouldn't stay anywhere else. Five stars.

4 Stars?

Breakfast, Cleanliness, Checking Out
I should have researched the location better. The hotel is far from the river. I was expecting alot more since this was supposed to be a 4 Star Hotel. Although the room was tidy, it could heave been cleaner. The sink faucet was loose, the furniture was old, and not much storage space. The hotel was not very customer focused either. I tried to rent to rent a motorbike, but after they checked one place, the ignored me. Not many locals speak English, so the hotel plays a major part in communication. They failed in this aspect.

4 star? No, but a nice hotel

staff, bar/breakfast, pool
While I don't think this hotel is a 4 star hotel by international standards, it was quite nice. I saw some reviews complaining about the cleanliness of the rooms but my room had no issues. Staff were very accommodating and kind. We arrived at 630a from the overnight bus coming from Siem Reap and since our room was available, the manager let us check in early so we could get a few hours of sleep and a shower. The rooftop pool isn't so much a pool, but more of a soaking area but the bar is quite nice. Drinks were good and strong, prices fair. Engaging with the bar staff increased quality of service. One gentleman especially was very kind, though I can't remember his name. He was very helpful in telling us about the area the hotel was located and helping us with our terrible pronunciation of a few Khmer words. The ground floor pool is quite nice-- very clean, towels provided and the atmosphere is great. Morning breakfast at the hotel was very sufficient. There were many options to choose from, but the later you go the more limited your options if food starts to run out. From what I saw, staff were on top of keeping things filled as best as possible. The iced lattes (an extra $2) were quite good as well. The location of this hotel is a bit far from most things. It is quite close to Tuol Sleng and the Russian Market (though we were never able to find the market) but is about a $4 tuktuk ride over to the river area and most of the nighttime happenings. The area around this hotel doesn't boast much in terms of local food options but Brooklyn Pizza (across the street) is quite good and fairly priced. There's also a Thai restaurant if you leave from the back exit that was very good and very cheap ($2.50 for two people). Overall, I'm very happy we booked this hotel. I'd say it's more of a 3 star hotel but the price is fair for what you get and the atmosphere is nice. We didn't partake in any spa services so I can't speak on the quality vs. price.
