Great hotel

Great location, staff friendly and helpful, great value for money
We stayed here for a wedding we were attending in Glasgow. Although check in wasn't until 2pm our wedding was at 1.30pm. I contacted the hotel to ask if we could check in early and they said they would try, and right enough we got in at 12. Breakfast was charged at £10 which was well worth it. Comfy beds, spacious rooms fantastic stay, have stayed before and will definitely stay again. Only downside is pool/sauna area could do with an update. Steam room was out of order too. Overall great hotel

Book early to enjoy benefits

Friendly and helpful staff. Close to McD. In city center.
It was our first night in Glasgow and this was only hotel I found available at the price I am willing to pay. Lesson learnt is that I should do my future bookings way in advance. One lift was not working so there was a long wait. Luckily we were only on 3rd Floor and could walk uop and down the stairs.

Nice Hotel

The pool, the bathroom, the breakfast
We checked in and then asked to get boarding passes for our flight the next morning. They were very helpful with this but the computer was extremely slow. The guy who served us looked like he had been on since early morning and it was 4 pm. We wasted a lot of time and I didn't get my swim which I was looking forward to (my fault probably for asking) If you could print from your laptop that I had it would have helped. The room was great but my bed had padding under the bottom sheet which was very hot. I took it out and it was still very hot. Of course I didn't find the air conditioning which I could have turned on! The shower was very hard to turn on but we made it in the end. I would have liked a dressing gown so I could put my togs on to go down to the pool. Breakfast was lovely but expensive. The tea waitress was amazing and very observant. Service was good. We also could have walked out without paying as the eftpos machine wouldn't add it on to our account bill so we paid in the restaurant. When we walked in they took our room no. but obviously nothing was done after that.
