Comfortable and adequate

price, onsen, ski in ski out
Room was comfortable basic. Bathroom looked clean but just did not smell pleasant No idea why. Dining options were pretty poor. Only buffet dinner available last call at 9pm. But for the price available was fine. I used my own shower but I recommend onsen everyday Since it is a compulsory surcharge but also it's pretty nice one. Its a bit far from anything and you really need to time your shuttle bus rides.

Ski Paradise!

Environment, amenities, comfortable and relaxing!
Loved our stay at The Greenleaf! The Onsen was heavenly especially after a day on the slopes. With the ski in ski out feature and serene environment, it really makes for a great place to relax and ski away our troubles. The Niseko Shuttle Bus also stops in front of the hotel, which makes it very accessible to the other ski sites like Hanazono and Hirafu. Overall really awesome experience!

shuttle service is not as frequent

the shuttle going to hilton, the ski in ski out and the ski shop
It was overall good if only for the shuttle service being frequent going to town and kutchan or at least near the check out time

Nice hotel with beautiful snow

The outdoor onsen, food spread and ski hire facilities
The hotel was really beautiful. Located at the foothills of Niseko ski fields. The outdoor onsen is almost fairytale like with powdery snow everywhere. Food was great with good desert selection even at the lobby lounge. Ski hire shop is great with extremely helpful staff. Only draw back is that when there's a blizzard and you're stuck in your room, the in room entertainment is lousy with all Japanese only channels. Should cater for non Japanese speaking guests since this is a hotel after all.
