Spacious , nice balcony , breakfast
Everything is excellent. I'm surprised to see not much review from booking websites. It is very nice b&b. One minor thing is you may not have sufficient continuous hot water for two bath

The best hotel I have ever stayed in !!!

The bed, the bathroom and the lounge!
It was truly amazing. I told my girlfriend that we need to stay there next time we go to Perth. The bed was amazing - felt like I was sleeping on clouds The bathroom was very luxurious, I was almost too scared to touch things because it was so beautiful The lounge was crazy. A pool table, a pin ball machine, a massive tv,i and lots of DVD movies to choose from ... I have never been in a bed and breakfast before and it sure beats the hell out of the hilton (which is also more expensive by at least $150) The owner was there to greet me when I got there , she was so very friendly. The pool (even though I didn't get to use it) looked amazing I had a balcony which was lovely and refreshing. And it was set in a beautiful location near nature-views were amazing! Because I was the only one to stay there at that time, the owner upgraded my room for free. I've never had such a fantastic experience staying at a hotel. Highly highly recommended for couples!!
