Fantastic location to explore the sights of Melbourne. Room was very small but the decor was beautiful. Staff were very attentive.

A heritage listed hotel in the Melbourne CBD. The Windsor is exquisitely designed and extraordinarily comfortable.
Staff are professional, courteous, address you by name and couldn't be any more professional had they been born into the hotel business.
Superb! We will definitely go back.

The guide book tell me that this hotel has a long history,it's even older then Ritz-Carlton in Pairs.Yes,the hotel's exterior and lobby looks like monument,but the room is too old.The last time they decorated the rooms was in 80's,and the floor where connecting the bathroom is up,the clothesline on the wall is broken.And,the standard room is very small.By the way,the staff are very friendly.

Well looked after. I took a friend because she had to have tests at the Peter Mac Hospital. It was so close and I was able to park my car and not think about it until we were ready to go. They parked it for me and brought it to the door when we were ready.

Good location

The location is good, near town center and tram station...just few minutes to China town and 15 mins walk to to sightseeing point. The room is a bit old but acceptable. the staff is very nice and you can get an apple in front desk.....the bell boy is a tall man and very nice and funny.....will come to here again...

Grand well maintained old heritage hotel

We enjoyed our stay. This grand old heritage hotel has plenty of charm and is amazingly well maintained. Our room was spacious with plenty of wardrobe space and drawers. In room desk was a nice touch but they charge for wifi which is disappointing in this day and age.
The hotel dining was OK and well priced but after a couple of days ventured to the excellent Coffee Exchange cafe around the corner in Little Collins St.
On value for money, comfort and tidiness we'll definitely be back.
