The Hub Apartments has a zero party policy. This policy is strictly enforced for the convenience of all guests.
A minimum fee of AUD 100 will be included should the manager be called to attend a disturbance. In the event of a disturbance all non-registered guests will be asked to leave immediately. Should the disturbance continue, all guests will be asked to leave - no refund will be granted.
Upon check in, guests are required to provide photo ID and either a cash bond or credit card pre-authorisation. A $400 security bond is required for all apartments.
The reception opens Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, excluding public holidays. Luggage can be stored during these hours. Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM.
If you arrive after office hours, please buzz the intercom to the right of the front entry doors and staff will guide you through our quick and easy check in procedure. Alternatively, please ring the office number on your hotel confirmation voucher. Once you have collected your keys, you can park your vehicle in car park located on School St.Children and extra beds:
Guests over 3 years old are considered as adults.
