Chiang Mai royal visit
location, rate and good staff
Although the property is a little old - but the location and the staff made up for it. The toilet really needs a renovation

Location was great. Staff were courteous and friendly although the language was sometime a barrier, food was very good at breakfast although we did not eat lunch or dinner at the hotel.

Nice stay , pleasant hotel
Helpful staff, nice pool area, clean
Very nice hotel, compfortable beds, nice rooms, good price, quite good location, only breakfast was not up to the standard! Personell was very helpful, acting always immediately! Especially the general manager!!! He does such a great job!! Everyone could learn from him! Prompt, kind, but not acting and pretending being nice, but he is!!! Very helpful, gives attention, so the rest of the staff could learn ;)

Older hotel
Location
Decent stay. Rooms were very clean but hotel is old and really needs updating/refurbishing. Great location, close to night bazaar, bars, massages.

A Holiday enjoyed
The location; the grounds; The staff
The stay was fine however the room was "tired" with lights loose on the wall, a ceiling light hanging down from the ceiling showed the wiring; The bathroom whilst clean did not give that impression at first glance. Room décor needs to be upgraded to match the main foyer and dining areas and the outside grounds which were all well maintained.

Great location and Comfortable
Location is great, rooms are old but nice and the staff were very helpful
Great stay for 3 nights. The breakfast was quite good but if you eat later the bread is a little stale. It's quite an old hotel now but has been kept very well and for the price, it is really worth every penny

Pleasant stay at the Imperial Mae Ping Hotel
Friendly staff Modest rooms but clean and comfortable Excellent location
Whilst the hotel could do with upgrading it was clean, comfortable, friendly and maybe one of the best locations in Chiang Mai. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily stay there again. Great value for money.

average hotel
near to night bazaar.
Everything was just ok. Food, service, cleanliness were acceptable. Front desk staff were not friendly, poor service and they got very inpatient with my enquiries. Hotel porters were very good, always greeted us. This is a very old hotel with mediocre standard. That's why the rate is so affordable.
