Location, charm and staff.
The charm shows through at this hotel. Clean, good location.. some how reminds me of holidays on the south coast of England in the 70's. All the character of a bygone age. Staff are all professional, curtious and friendly. Enjoyed my stay and would use the hotel again.

Overall not bad

Location Friendly Antique
Overall very nice, to have a taste of antique hotel is a good choice. Location is great, very convenient to have a lot of famous local food. Close to anywhere. People are helpful. My bad experience is the noisy street late at night, which made all 4 of us could not fall asleep, I hate that...

location, room condition,
I have never experienced like this terrible attitude of staffs. when I returned the hotel after city tour, they didn't pass the key to us, because they insist us that we hit the table window so the window was broken. when we check-in the hotel, we have already checked that the window has crack. even we have any responsibility about the crack we should argue about that for two hours. after we explained that the cract has started from under tv that we cannot reached. they admitted their fault. I don't understand even we broke the window why they don't allowed to pass the key to us.

Location ,room services
Location is great, but if you are coming by car you might have problem with parking as we had. Room is clean and nice. The girl receptionist seems doesn't know how to say hi or bye.

Great Location and value for money!

Location and Bath tub
It is located at the Gaya Street which is close to the Jesselton ferry terminal. Many local restaurants around. However, you have to ask for new towels as they don't change it daily. And local phone call in the room is chargeable.

great location!

good location, big room, clean
We had a big deluxe room with a king size bed. Just perfect for family with 2 young children below 3 yrs old. Hot water, air - conditioning working perfectly fine! Perfectly located as the hotel is 5 minutes away from Suria Mall n jesselton jetty. Lots of restaurants just outside the hotel.

good location, comfort bed room & good service

good location, comfort bed room & good service
This is not the 1st time stay at this hotel. In the heart of the city, with zero worries in public transport access, variety of banks around the hotel. Suria Shopping mall is just within 10 minutes walk. Plenty of restaurant to be choosen.
