Stay at Kabiki
The stay was good, located centrally but, when it came to the checkout time we were driven out despite requsting an hour additional, and we were said that we were given 3 hours additional while checking in so that's service enough.

The Kabiki Hotel
Great hotel if you are a family with kids and want to stay somewhere stylish and atmospheric but still secure and welcoming to children. The staff are wonderful, very kind, welcoming and helpful and lovely to children. Only downside is that the rooms are quite small, and the menu in the hotel restaurant quite limited, and if you are travelling with kids you will often end up eating quite a lot at the hotel. Beautiful garden grounds and the pool is lovely. Will stay again.

Trees, trees, trees!
We don't get to experience nature much living in Phnom Penh, but with over 500 trees planted on the property, this place is a haven. Our kids love the pools and the breakfast is generous. Rooms are comfortable and service is excellent. This is the place we'll return to when we do a staycation in Phnom Penh.

Loved it!
Quite an oasis in the middle of a busy city. Loved coming "home" to the Kabiki after a day of touring.

Oasis in Phnom Penh
Delightful setting, able to swim laps in the pool if you arise early before the children. Calm atmosphere with very friendly staff.

good for families, not couples under 50
If you are a family with kids it's great, especially as they run and scream having fun around the pool. The staff are lovely and the best things about the hotel. The breakfast was reasonable, the rooms were a bit small and on the darkish side (but overall okay). Would we go back as a couple in their early 40s with no kids? Yes, but only if the price was no more than $40USD per night.

Nice location
Location good service and nice rooms
Very good hotel. We had a family room. Very big and big terrace. Excellent staff. They offer a gift to my child. Good to have a swimming pool when it is very hot. The location is great! Very quiet as the street is closed!
