Great location.
House keeping and reception staff could be more courteous and warm. A lovely place overall.

Superior rooms
Don't believe the photos. The view from our balcony was just the next lot from the hotel, full of grass and insects that eventually creeped in the room the next day. We requested for a room woth a better view but they didn't have any so i assume you'll only get a nice view from a deluxe room and higher. The "cafe" is also the restaurant.. Even the swimming pool was just beside the lobby. Who the heck would swim there.

Breakfast needs a bit of improvement
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The only thing was that couple of my friends got food poison from the breakfast. I did see many flies and mosquitoes flying on the food. Would be great if this hotel can use any covers for the meals and shut the door and turn on the air-con. Apart from that, I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel!

Deluxe View Room was amazing, I loved the view
Deluxe View Room was amazing, you'll fall inlove with the view. Staff were very courteous and professional, felt like a 4 or 5 star hotel. The sound of the piano playing all throughout the day added to the feeling of exclusivity and class. Food on the breakfast buffet was a bit weird though, who serves tuna sisig during breakfast? Needless to say, again, the view from the breakfast lounge saved that weird food combination. Overall, I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know who'll be looking for a good hotel in Tagaytay (with the killer view of Taal). Hopeful to stay again in the future.

Everything was okay until..
Room was a bit small for its price. A/C was weak. View was great but can't really stay at the balcony during night time because there were so many different kinds of bugs lurking there. Breakfast buffet had a great selection but hesitated to eat those foods being feasted by flies! Everything was so-so until we're about to leave the hotel but our car won't start due to drained battery. We asked for assistance from the reception and we didn't get any. They could have at least given information about the nearest repair shop in the area but no one even bothered to. Very disappointing.
