Down Memory Lane - All in all very satisfying!

Location, Gardens, Solitude
It is a glorious hotel in beautiful location, magnificent gardens and retains it's old world charm. I had first stayed in the hotel in late 1960s as a child and it was a delight to stay in similar room the Palace Suite. Nothing much seems to have changed except for air-conditioning and TV. I remember having direct access from the room to the gardens which is not possible now as the verandahs have been converted to sitting and dining areas for each suite. The only discordant note was struck by lack of free wifi internet access and the forms one has to fill to buy access. The hotel management could consider doing away with this retardant practice. Food and service were noteworthy. The indoor heated pool a delight! Wish to spend many holidays here.
