Location, price, and aesthetic
I enjoyed it. The location is ideal for travelers. It was perfect distance from shopping, bus and sub system. The staff was lovely and assisted in every way. The bedroom was perfect for 2 and the decor was beautiful.

Rating for Leonard

Best location, very friendly staff, food and dinning very close to hotel.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. It is just behind the shopping area. There is a very good cafe opposite hotel, pastisseri Valerie and another Italian restaurant that has very good Italian dining.

The Leonard Hotel - Marble Arch

That I only stayed 3 nights.
It was aweful. Never seen a bed so old. It had bumps on it. My back hurts to bad because of it. Overrrated. Not a good option. Will never recommend it to anyone I know. Tried to change room but they wanted to double the price.

business stay at the leonard

Breakfast, the size and layout of the room, responsive service
very comfortable and pleasant; I arrived in early morning and wasn't able to check in early but they managed to have my room ready by 12 instead of 2 pm; the elevator was a bit slow and my room key failed to work once but everything in the room worked well, including an old Sony stereo/radio/disc player; the little kitchenette with tea and coffee to make oneself was very welcome and the staff were always helpful and pleasant whenever I needed help, i.e. with internet connections or directions around London.
