Boutique hotel-small Dlx Rms but spacious Exec Rms

Good location as walking distance to Riverfront, Chinatown and shopping plazas. Executive room was very spacious.
-Initially I booked a Deluxe King room online but when we checked-in and saw it, we thought it was way too small for our stay of 5 days. The deluxe room did not have any in-room safe, nor mini fridge and was much smaller than even an airport motel room. So we decided to upgrade and pay extra for an Executive room, which was much more suitable. -Great to have free internet use in lobby and our included breakfast was not fancy but sufficient and delicious. -we also booked the hotel's transfer to/fm airport which was hassle free and RM23 for a couple each way. -Reception staff were friendly and very helpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Tours more worthwhile if a guide is included eg to Sarawak Cultural Village and Wildlife Reserve as they are aware of timings of shows/feeding sessions and they know the program. I think that if you went by yourself to some of these places, it would be difficult to get maximum value as signage and instructions for tourists are not easily visible or clear.

Good clean hotel in middle of town

Location, staff and availability of wifi
This is a great hotel serviced by staff that go out of their way to help based in town. Good clean room with wifi. Would stay again if ever in Kuching.

Lovely hotel and great location.

Very near to lot of great location like Waterfront bazaar and restaurants or pubs.
Clean hotel and with free wifi.. But the sound proof is not good enough. As can hear lot of people walking and talking outside the room very clear. Kind of annoying if you want to have a rest.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Walking distance (15-20 mins) to the bazaar where selling lot of local handicraft.

Great hotel with friendly staff

Clean, affordable and great location.
We were very pleased with our stay at The Limetree Hotel. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Free Wi-fi throughout the hotel. Breakfast was included and was a delicious assortment with great choices. A nice rooftop bar overlooking the Sarawak River. A great place to relax with a beer or cocktail. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Especially Teo at the front desk. He went above and beyond to help us in any way he could. Just one block from the waterfront and a short walk to all the restaurants and shopping Kuching has to offer.

Room was clean, but very basic

Friendly staff.
Everything in this hotel was very basic. Rooms were small, had no fridge or safe. Wardrobe was more an open coat rack with space for something like 5 items. Desk was also very small but at least free wifi. Bathroom was also very small and washbasin had only cold water. Shower was very high and fixed. Not really good for small people. Hotel had ample free parking in the basement.

Nice hotel

Location, staff breakfast
Nice hotel. Room was small but adequate. Breakfast was great. Staff helpfully. Good wifi.
Restaurant Tip: Take river taxi across the river for good Malais food

Good Hotel and excellent service

Staff are very helpful and service is very prompt.
Our stay of 5 days and 4 nights was very comfortable. The hotel is centrally located and is a 5-10min walk to the Kuching waterfront. The staff in the hotel are very helpful and service was great. You can book all tours from the hotel conceirge and they also offer taxi service to and fro for any destination in Kuching. The food in the hotel is great and offers a good mix of western and local variety.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: There's not much really to see in Kuching city itself so book your tours to the Bako National Park, Orangutan Sanctuary in advance and other places in advance. Bako is a must see and perhaps try and stay there for 2-3 days to explore the entire park.

Nice Vibe... with very warm staff

The HOtel has a good location. Not to far and not at the center of all. The Staff were very accommodating and pleasant particularly Teo.... We loved the King sized bed and the bfast offerings.
The Hotel's location isnt at the center but is not too far from most attractions. Transportation can be conveniently arranged at the Front Desk. The Bed was huge... but there wasnt any space for a mini fridge. I loved the full length mirror but they didnt have enough space to hang clothes. FREE Internet was a deciding factor in choosing the hotel. The Bar/Lounge was empty and wasnt appealing. There are local restaurants around that serve great food just dont forget to have a mosquito patch or insect repellant lotion.
