Worst stay ever!

The place is so bad! Creepy and not safe! Very far from the city! At night, all you can hear are the noise sound from crickets and frogs. Pool is not even clean. The cabin house is not even safe, locks are not working. Wifi connection is acting up too! There's no even signal in that place. In short, this is the worst place ever!

It was not a good stay. They never offered the welcome drinks. They were asking for extra charge since we booked on weekends. The pool was so dirty. Rooms were dusty as well and some of the bulbs were busted.

Nice natural surroundings but just bad resort

Large cabin house for 3 adults and 2 kids
pros: upgraded to a large cabin house but need to upgrade for 2k comfortable bed understaffed but very helpful and quick to respond no playground/play area for kids no serviceable cable tv working cabin was good experience just to commune with nature and relax and have good conversations with family cons: very plain breakfast no amenities surroundings not well kept dirty pool; clubhouse was just sad some of the parts are falling apart (shower curtain, 1 AC only working) pics here in agoda seems to be like 10 yrs ago

Place was cozy but dirty

Friendly staff
I stayed there with my family, the place is really far from everything and it is not really clean, there were cockroaches in the toilet. The pool is not ready, very poor internet, But the staff were friendly. The value for money is not worth it.

Could be better

Accommodating staff, above average food, quiet secluded location
We had to upgrade our cabin as the suite that we booked unfortunately had no electricity (fuse was busted). Apparently, they did not check this days before our booking date. Moreover, our stay could have been better had the manager been able to effectively delegate the staff in preparing the log cabin where we were going to stay. The cabin smelled stuffy, there was no light in the kitchen, the bedrooms appeared to not have been occupied for quite sometime as my allergy worsened since the beds collected a lot of dust. We arrived late afternoon and was able to check in at around 8pm because of the above mentioned inconveniences. I must say though that the staff were friendly and brought breakfast (which btw was good) during our stay.

Good one but not that great stay

Scenery, serenity, pool
The staffs are nice but not satisfied with the manager ,she's not that friendly didn't even remember if she greeted us when we arrived. So hard to request for something coz they don't have any phone, our cabin was located in the secluded area of the resort that's why so difficult to request even for a water refill. Good thing they have great food/breakfast. In fairness, the place is quiet recommended for people who wants to escape the congested city life.

quiet, restive place, good for relaxation..

friendly staff and owners, nice cabins, pet friendly, perfect for nature lovers, lots of trees and greeneries
, the owners and staff were very willing to accommodate our requests (ex: extra beds, water, etc). Classic log cabin was nice, very spacious. But 1 room's A/c was not working so we only had A/C in 1 room, out of 3 rooms. We were here in summer so it was hot during the day. The bathroom's drainage gets clogged easily also. But we enjoyed walking our dogs around the subdivision and playing some games. I'm willing to come back but will make sure that our rooms have functioning AC, toilet, etc. Some rooms could use the renovation.
